At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your iconic G9 or G4 jacket isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Baracuta tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 10 business days of arrival.
